Super Saver Online Frequently Asked Questions
In the top red bar, on the right hand side, click on the 'Login / Register' (person) icon. Click on the 'Super Saver & Garden Club' link to visit the Register Page. In the right column under 'I don’t have a card yet', fill in your details and click 'Create Account'.
Your online profile will be set up, your details will be processed and your Super Saver card will be sent to you in the post.
You can now begin shopping online, and accumulating points and vouchers.
Please allow at least two weeks for your card to arrive in the post.
When your card arrives, you can use this in-store. Or you can quote your Super Saver number at the checkout while waiting for your card to arrive.
In the top red bar on the right hand side, click on the 'Login / Register' (person) icon. Click on the 'Supersaver & Garden Club' link to visit the Membership Register Page. Enter your details, you must use the same email account that your Super Saver card was registered with or most recently updated to.
Your account will be created and Super Saver loyalty details will be linked together allowing you to view, use and earn vouchers.
When registering your card online for the first time, via the Register Page, if you have not provided an email in the past, you will be required to enter one now.
You can use your Super Saver card in-store, but an email address is required to activate your online profile.
Please visit an online email provider such as Gmail or Outlook to set up a free email account.
In the top red bar, on the right hand side, click on the 'Login / Register' (person) icon. Click on 'Login' and enter your details. Once logged-in the page will refresh.
Click on the 'Login / Register' (person) icon in the top red bar again. Click on 'Edit my details' to change or update your information.
You accumulate points at the same rate as you would in one of our stores.
For every $1 spent you accumulate 1 point.
Occasionally we may choose to implement a promotion where Super Savers will earn double or even triple points for every dollar spent. At Stratco’s discretion, the maximum total value of vouchers in any one transaction may also be increased for a defined period of time.

Enter the code and click 'Apply'. The discount applied will appear and the total will be adjusted.
Continue the checkout process to complete the transaction.

In the same voucher code box, a new field will appear, allowing you to enter another voucher code. Enter the code and click 'Apply'.
If you wish to remove one of the vouchers, simply click the cross icon.
Yes. Simply give the cashier your voucher number when purchasing in-store and they will apply your discount.

Points are only accumulated on the value of the product, not on the value of the freight.
So you will receive the same number of points no matter whether you have purchased the product in store, you’ve click and collected the product, or if you’ve had it delivered to you and paid a delivery charge.
No. The freight will always need to be paid for with cash. You cannot apply a voucher to the freight charge.
You can earn up to 1,000 Super Saver points on a single transaction. This is the equivalent of a $50.00 Stratco voucher.
- $5.00 will be applied to a Stratco voucher for every 100 points accrued, up to a maximum of $50.00 for a single transaction. At Stratco’s discretion, the maximum total value of vouchers in any one transaction can be increased for a defined period of time.
- When double points are offered, a $5.00 will be applied to a Stratco voucher for every 100 points accrued, up to a maximum of $100.00 for a single transaction. At Stratco’s discretion, the maximum total value of vouchers in any one transaction can be increased for a defined period of time.
- When triple points are offered, a $5.00 will be applied to a Stratco voucher for every 100 points accrued, up to a maximum of $150.00 for a single transaction. At Stratco’s discretion, the maximum total value of vouchers in any one transaction can be increased for a defined period of time.
No, you can not split your purchase into multiple transactions to receive multiple vouchers.

Unless otherwise specified, the voucher will have the same duration as a voucher generated in-store.
This duration is three months. However, from time to time we may choose to reduce or increase the duration of the vouchers at our discretion.
No change or credit is given on the unused portion of reward vouchers. Please use your vouchers carefully in the checkout to ensure you receive the maximum benefit.
