You can use the navigation menu on the left of the screen to locate products. Alternatively, you can search for products by typing in the keywords of the product that you are looking for in the 'Search Products' section, which is shown at the top of the screen.
Yes, gift cards can be bought online under the 'Gift Cards' category.
You can remove products or change quantities in your cart during the 'Checkout' process which is accessed by clicking the 'Checkout' link at the top right hand side of the screen.
- Add the products that you want to buy to your cart.
- Once you have placed all of the products that you want to buy in your cart, head to the 'Checkout'.
- Make any changes to the quantities of the products in your cart and once you are happy with your product selection click on the 'Checkout' button to finalise payment and delivery.
- Finalise your order by entering your payment and delivery details.
- 'Accept' your order.
You can cancel or change an order for Stratco manufactured product provided that manufacturing has not commenced. Orders for non-Stratco manufactured products can be cancelled or changed provided that the order has not been dispatched for delivery. You will need to call 1300 165 165 between 7.30am and 5.30pm Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm Saturday or 9am to 5pm Sunday and public holidays (CST) to see if your order can be cancelled or changed.
Once you have accepted the order you are unable to add items to your order, however you can create a new order.
The personal details you provide will be used to process and deliver your order. A contact phone number is needed for any delivery related queries and a valid email address is needed for sending the order confirmation and receipt.

'Click & Collect' is a convenient way to purchase products online and collect them in a Stratco store at a later time. It is a good alternative to paying for delivery.
After adding an item to the shopping cart you can select 'Click & Collect' then choose the store you wish to pick the product up from. Please note; you can only pick-up from a store where the product is currently in-stock. Store stock transfers are not available at this time.
After making your online purchase, you can present your email invoice and your drivers licence in-store, to collect the product.
- Navigate to the product you wish to purchase.
- Add the product to your shopping cart.
- Click on the 'Cart' icon in the top right of the menu bar.
- Click on 'Checkout' to visit the Shopping Cart.
- In the Shopping Cart, choose 'Click & Collect' from the delivery methods.
- Next to 'Collect From', choose the store you wish to collect from in the dropdown menu.
- Note: Only stores with existing stock can be collected from.
- If the store has stock, 'Ready for collection' will be displayed in green below the product.
- If the store has no stock, 'Out of stock' will be displayed in red below the product.
- If the product is 'Out of stock' in that store, please choose another store.
- If you have multiple items in your cart, some may be 'Ready for collection' and some may be 'Out of stock'.
- If some are 'Out of stock', either remove them from the cart and purchase them separately, or choose a store that stocks all of the items in your cart.
- If all of the items are 'Ready for collection' you can proceed to 'Checkout'.
- Please complete the remaining checkout steps to complete your purchase.
Collection details
- Click & Collect items will be ready for pickup within four hours, during store trading hours.
- Please present your collection email to the checkout at the front of the store.
- 2 forms of identification must be provided to collect your order.

We must confirm your identity matches the order details when collecting your order. You will not be able to have a courier, third party, family member or friend collect your order on your behalf.
Only the person who has placed the order can collect the order.

You must provide photo ID when collecting a click and collect order. It would also be helpful if you could present a copy of your order confirmation email for a quick and easy collection.
